About GoldPHP

GoldPHP publishes the live price of gold in the Philippines — in pesos, per gram, broken down by the karats Filipinos actually buy and sell (24K, 22K, 21K, 18K and 14K). Our goal is simple: be the clearest, fastest and most locally relevant gold price reference in the country.

Why we built this

Most gold price sites show a single global number in dollars per ounce. But a Filipino checking a 21K ring from Saudi, or deciding what a pawnshop should offer for an 18K necklace, needs the price in pesos, per gram, at the right karat. We focus on exactly that, plus the practical question global sites ignore — what your gold is actually worth when you go to sell or pawn it.

How we keep prices accurate

Prices update every minute from live international market data and the current USD→PHP exchange rate. We explain the exact formula on our methodology page, including our data sources and how each karat is derived.
